Grape variety: 55% Lagrein, 45% Pinot Noir, hand-picked

Vinification: whole-cluster pressing for Lagrein, juice extraction for Pinot Noir, spontaneous fermentation with its own yeasts in stainless steel tanks, matured for 5 months in used tonneaux, unfined & coarsely filtered

A beautiful salmon red colour due to the whole-cluster pressing of the Lagrein and the juice extraction of the Pinot Noir, brings out a fine note of ripe raspberry and liquorice, with soft elegance and subtle sweetness on the palate

Goes well with sushi, white meat and fish dishes
