Producer: I Capitani

Grape variety: 100% Irpinia Falanghina (dry)

An ancient, late-ripening grape variety with mild acidity and a restrained flavour. We find flavours of lime blossom, stone fruit such as apricot and a little peach. It certainly sounds a little unusual at first, but straw is also a very nice flavour that we taste.

Slender and fresh on the palate, it goes wonderfully with vegetarian dishes from the Mediterranean cuisine such as vegetable lasagne.
