Ageing: 70% in steel, 30% in Tonnaux + 10 months bottle ageing
Named after the grandmother
Typical varietal aromas of ripe red fruit, distinct cherry and balanced spicy notes of piement, pink pepper and clove. Complex, fresh and juicy on the palate, with well-integrated tannins.
