Grape variety: 60-70% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Chardonnay, dry (0g residual sugar)

Vinification: Metodo Classico, slow second fermentation in the bottle, at least 60 months maturation on the lees + a further 8 months maturation in the bottle

Full attack, excellent structure, very fresh, fine acidity, creamy, remains extremely long, complex notes of peach, orange, melon, hazelnut, almond, ciabatta, salty minerality - WOW!
