Ageing: 4 - 5 months sur lie, 2 - 3 months bottle ageing
Distinct notes of peach and citrus fruit (think lemon sorbet!), with hints of nutmeg and a touch of rose petals, fresh and soft with a good balance between acidity and minerality
Delicious with smoked and fried fish and all savoury dishes
