Ageing: Based on red wine vinegar from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and concentrated must, matured for at least 10 years in 220-litre oak barriques using the solera method, not filtered
Similar to Vinagro di Cabernet Sauvignon, but with more acidity and completely liquid, intense fruity notes in the foreground, less spice, stronger flavour, accompanied by a great acidic freshness, extremely long-lasting
Ideal for marinating vegetables and meat and as a strong flavouring for various dishes
