Ageing: Based on white wine vinegar from Pinot Grigio grapes and concentrated must, matured in 220-litre oak barriques for at least 5 years using the solera method, not filtered
Pleasantly spicy and intense, it gives the dishes a sweet and sour flavour, extremely long-lasting, with a delicate sweetness component, not overpowering, with a tart freshness and a typical fruity note of Pinot Grigio
Ideal with light dishes such as salad, vegetables, fish and for making a nice vinaigrette
