Ageing: BSA 50% green wood/ 50% concrete barrel, followed by 4 months bottle ageing
Fine fruit flavours of cherries, violets and bitter almonds, harmonious, juicy and mild. Very nice to drink young due to its freshness
Goes well with: typical South Tyrolean cuisine
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
