Grape variety: 33% each: Chardonnay, Garganega, Pinot Noir, 60-year-old vines, hand-picked

Soil: Limestone

Vinification: Gentle pressing to use only the 1 must run, traditional bottle fermentation, 9-10 years on the lees

Fine perlage with mineral structure, good acidity, surprisingly different flavours due to the grape varieties. Nice brioche and apple flavour, dosage with Recioto instead of sugar

Goes well with: Appetisers and pasta dishes
