Origin: Italy, Veneto, Soave Classico, 150 m above sea level

Winemaker: Gini

Grape variety: 100% Garganega, vines over 130 years old, hand-picked, dry

Soil: Limestone and tuff (volcano)

Vinification: Immediate cooling of the must, short skin contact, fermentation and maturation entirely in wood without the addition of sulphur, BSA, maturation on the lees for 12 months in barrique & large wood + 6 months bottle maturation in stone cellar under optimal storage conditions

Awards: 2 glasses of Gambero Rosso

Complex, deep, full-bodied, mineral, notes of flint, dried flowers, ripe pear, yellow peach, lots of power on the palate, dense, round, intense, long finish.

Goes well with full-flavoured dishes

=> Can mature for a very long time
