Origin: Spain, Andalusia, Jerez DO

Grape variety: 90% Palomino Fino & 10% Pedro Ximénez (sweet)
Ageing: Based on an Oloroso, to which concentrated PX must is added, from 100kg of grapes, only 70 litres of must are further processed, then in the Solera system in 600 litre barrels
Typical tones from the solera storage, accompanied by a ripe almond flavour, pleasantly soft and sweet in taste, round on the palate
An intensely sweet sherry that is mainly served with desserts, but also with blue cheese or pâtés
