Soil: 80% limestone, 20% loam

Deep extract and an incredibly muscular Riesling - wine is stored on the lees until bottling. Fully ripe, yellow Riesling grapes were harvested by hand and gently processed. Profound extract and an incredibly muscular Riesling that manages to present itself perfectly in its entirety.
