Very complex Riesling with a multi-layered structure and an extreme density of flavours. The wine is produced exclusively from seedless grapes, so that a long maceration time can be guaranteed without the must becoming bitter. Processing without seeds and stems is a very elaborate process, and the tannins remain, giving the wine its immense complexity.
