Ageing: Grapes are left to dry until the end of November, ageing for 36 months in barrique + 12 months in the bottle
This project is the result of the friendship and collaboration of some winegrowers from the Valle dei Laghi in southern Trentino, who decided to invest their expertise and experience in grape drying techniques in the production of a red wine of great value and flavour.
A new wine from a very old tradition with lots of flavour: wild berry jam, dried date, fig, cinnamon, clove, liquorice, coffee, vanilla, rich, full-bodied, warming, enveloping on the palate
Due to its structure, softness and fruity freshness, Reboro is ideal as a wine for grilled steaks such as tomahawk.
