Origin: Italy, Alto Adige, Egna, Grand Cru site Mazon, 300 - 450 metres above sea level
Winemaker: Castelfeder
Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Noir (original Dijon clones), dry
Soil: Loam, limestone, porphyry
Maturation: 10 - 14 days maceration in stainless steel, maturation for 12 months in barriques and at least 3 months in the bottle
Voluminous character, power and excellent structure, ripe cherries, fine tannins, a hint of vanilla
Goes well with: Duck breast and rich pasta
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Content: 750ml
