Soil: Glacial moraine, loam

Vinification: 24 hours maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation at approx. 18 degrees with its own yeasts, malolactic fermentation, intracellular fermentation / carbonic maceration, 10 months on fine lees

Great interplay of complexity and pleasant drinking flow with a fruity flavour, pronounced aromas of juicy peach, mountain herbs, lemon balm and sage, as well as typical floral nuances. Extremely pleasant lightness with low alcohol and acidity.

Solo as an aperitif and with asparagus dishes
