Grape variety: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, dry (5g residual sugar): The Pinot Noir comes from the Bosco Basso vineyard in Capriolo, the Chardonnay from various vineyards in Capriolo and Iseo.
Vinification: Metodo Classico, the Pinot Noir rests for a short time in the press in contact with the grape skins to extract the necessary colouring substances, gentle pressing, first fermentation 100% in stainless steel tanks, slow second fermentation in the bottle, at least 24 months maturation on the lees + a further 12 months maturation in the bottle
Inviting, explosive flavours of black cherry, red dates, forest fruits, roses and mountain herbs, fresh, fruity, with a powerful body and a dry, clean finish
