Origin: Italy, Lombardy, Franciacorta, Municipality of Capriolo & Iseo
Producer: Ricci Curbastro
Grape variety: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, dry (2g residual sugar)
Vinification: Metodo Classico, 80% first fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 20% in wooden barrels, slow second fermentation in the bottle, at least 42 months maturation on the lees + a further 8 months maturation in the bottle
Distinctive minerality in harmony with yellow apples, strong autolysis notes of roasted almonds and bread crust, firm body, salty on the palate, delicately spicy, gripping, very dry, incredibly fine, long-lasting perlage - for connoisseurs!
