Origin: Italy, Lombardy, Franciacorta, Municipality of Capriolo & Iseo

Grape variety: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir, dry (8g residual sugar)
Ageing: Metodo Classico, slow second fermentation in the bottle, at least 30 months maturation on the lees + a further 8 months maturation in the bottle
Rich, opulent, fine persistent perlage, inviting floral notes with intense bread, yeast & fresh white bread flavours, elegant, soft, structured, good balance of fruit & dry
Wonderful with soft cheeses such as Brie or light fish such as cod and zander
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
