Unusual and exciting: The exquisite varieties find their ideal habitat in the hills of Pergolese with the best microclimate. The grapes ripen perfectly thanks to full sunshine and the daily fresh breezes. The combination of the intense flavour of the Syrah and the gentle aroma of the Pinot produces a full-bodied red wine with an elegant cherry and vanilla aroma.

Serve with braised meat with a strong sauce
