Grape variety: 33% Syrah, 33% Teroldego, 33% Lagrein, dry, hand-picked, 20-year-old vines - the cuvée is made as grapes at harvest and fermented as a whole
Maturation: classic mash fermentation for 4 weeks, 100% maturation in new barriques for approx. 16 months, complete BSA
Very complex, big, strong, long-lasting, intense notes of blackberries, cherry, pepper, clove, cedar wood, cinnamon and dark chocolate
Perfect drinking flow, balance and length
Excellent with roast venison in red wine sauce
