Origin: Italy, Lombardy, Franciacorta, Santella del Gröm vineyard in the municipality of Adro at 210 metres above sea level

Grape variety: 30 % Cabernet Franc, 12 % Carmenère, 20 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 28 % Merlot, 10 % Barbera, dry

Maturation: Cold maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation in large, open stainless steel tanks, maturation for at least 18 months in oak + 12 months in the bottle

Harmonious, delicate, cool Bordeaux blend: Spicy, intense ripe red fruits of redcurrant and sour cherry, good wood note, balsamic, very delicate on the palate with velvety tannins, long-lasting, low alcohol

Goes well with wild boar ragout in port wine sauce
