Origin: Italy, Veneto, from the dialect "Sora" = up at 500 metres above sea level
Winemaker: Gini
Grape variety: Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Garganega - hand-picked, dry
Soil: White rock: clay and limestone
Vinification: Immediate cooling of the must, without sulphur, fermentation in barriques, 6 months on the lees with bâtonnage, 8 months maturation in the bottle
Clear notes of wild flowers, ripe fruit and roasted hazelnuts on the nose, balanced, round, creamy and flavoursome on the palate.
