The heart of the family in the municipality of Castellina in the Chianti Classico region.
Sangiovese naturally grows here on 110 hectares in 114 individual plots, supplemented by Malvasia, Canaiolo, Cabernet and Merlot.
In addition to the classic Chianti, the Gran Selezione and Super Tuscans cause a sensation here.

In southern Tuscany, in the Maremma region, the Mazzei family has been cultivating the international grape varieties Cabernet, Alicante and Syrah since the early 1990s.
Influenced by the winds of the Tyrrhenian Sea, white Vermentino also thrives on the 34 hectares of vineyards alongside the red grape varieties.

The youngest "baby" was added in 2003, when the Mazzei family recognised the potential in Sicily and acquired 50 hectares of gardens around the World Heritage town of Noto to cultivate olives, almonds and fruit trees as well as vines. The autochthonous grape varieties Nero d'Avola and Grillo, as well as Syrah, grow here on 24 hectares that benefit from the cooling sea breeze.
