The Griesserhof in Vahrn used to supply wines for the prestigious Neustift monastery winery. Until winegrower Paul Huber was given the opportunity to cultivate his vineyards himself and now presses his own wines full of character. His best vineyards in Gols, Rigger and Gall are planted with the ideal grape varieties and every year the tinkerer seeks to extract the maximum elegance, sophistication and style from them. Pearls of the art of winemaking that are only available in limited quantities.
