"People and history, land and traditions. And a lot of work." This is how Roberta Bricolo, who originally wanted to become a lawyer, describes what she does today. She realised early on that she would rather continue to run the winery founded by her parents in 1975 and take it into the future. When she took over in 2014, she switched to organic farming and is now also president of the Custoza winegrowers.
