Vinification: 10-day maceration on the skins, fermentation for approx. 10 days at approx. 28°C, BSA, maturation for at least 12 months in stainless steel barrels & partly in barriques

The combination of microclimate, late harvest and yield reduction produces a very full-bodied, structured and voluminous Bardolino without losing its pleasant fruitiness. Lots of sour cherry on the palate, it goes down soft, warm and velvety - can age well.
