The history of the Gini family dates back to the 16th century. They still cultivate their own vineyards in Monteforte d'Alpone today, now in the 15th generation, and can therefore proudly say that they are among the oldest winegrowers in the Soave Classico region.

In harmony with nature ("in a natural way"), mainly the autochthonous Garganega grape variety is cultivated organically on 35 hectares of cultivated land. Vines with true roots, at least 80 years old (!), exclusively hand-picked in three harvests and the special soil profile of volcanic tuff and limestone give rise to these expressive, complex wines. Gini wines have been produced without sulphur since 1985, which is still considered revolutionary today and emphasises the expressiveness of the wines.
