Made from 100% barley malt

Based on the Stonewood Woaz with 7 years of maturation in 300 litre American Virgin Oak barrels with medium toasting (grade 2-3), followed by a further 18 months of storage in four 225 litre Amarone barrels from the Romano dal Forno winery = 8.5 years old (vintage 2015)

The whiskey comes with a cask strength of 51.4%, very expressive, spicy and fruity. Elegant aroma of vanilla, cinnamon, cherry and banana, velvety-creamy in the mouth, dense flavours with complex notes of caramel and red cherry. A harmonious finish, with a long and mild aftertaste.
