Origin: Germany, Palatinate, Frankweiler Kalkgrube

Grape variety: 100% Pinot Blanc

Soil: 80% limestone, 20% loess-loam

Vinification: Fully ripe grapes. 24 hours of maceration and very gentle pressing. Fermentation was initiated spontaneously to preserve the fruit of the Pinot Blanc. What Tina says about the vinification: "He took his time, every strong character needs that."

Full-bodied, nutty with a lot of creaminess that beautifully emphasises the residual sweetness and the character of the chalky soil

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Residual sugar: 3.5 g/l

Total acidity: 7.9 g/l
