Pleasantly spicy and intense, it gives the dishes a sweet and sour flavour, extremely long-lasting, with a delicate sweet component, not overpowering, with a tart freshness and a light spicy note of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Ideal for marinating vegetables and meat and for making a lovely vinaigrette
