Grape variety: 60% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5% Oseleta hand-picked, dry
Soil: Limestone-clay volcanic rock
Vinification: drying of the grapes for 3 - 4 weeks, open mash fermentation with skins 2x daily pumping over, BSA, 3 years maturation in stainless steel and 25hl wood, unfiltered
Complex, fruity and spicy, mineral, ripe cherry, blackberry, pepper, liquorice, fresh and elegant in taste, lingers long in the mouth
Perfect accompaniment to game and medium-bodied cheeses
