Origin: Italy, Veneto, Valpolicella

Producer: Azienda Agricola Gorgo

Grape variety: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, dry, hand-picked

Vinification: Vinified according to the regulations for Ripasso, 15-day fermentation and maceration of the fresh grapes, maturation for 5 months in stainless steel tanks, initiation of a second fermentation with the Amarone marc, further maturation for 12 months in 50-hectolitre oak barrels, followed by 4 months of refinement in the bottle.

The traditional combination of fruit and spice with great structure, soft, grippy and velvety on the palate with intense notes of sour cherry and prune, black pepper and cinnamon.

Excellent with stews and polenta
