Ageing: The base wine matures partly in wooden barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. After tirage, it matures for 48 months on the fine lees. Degorated in 2024. pas dosé

A sparkling wine with a fine, elegant perlage that turns every occasion into something special - with the launch of the South Tyrolean sparkling wine "intanto", the Castelfeder family winery is expanding its product range and proving that innovation and tradition go hand in hand.

With its straw-yellow colour, fine, elegant perlage and aroma of peach and apple, supported by delicate citrus notes, it is particularly suitable as an aperitif and with starters of fish, seafood or poultry.
