The grapes for this exceptional wine come from the highest and most barren parts of the Kranachberg vineyard, from vines that are already a quarter of a century old. The Kranachberg is a breathtakingly beautiful and steep vineyard site. The vines are deeply rooted in the predominantly chalky soil and lend the wine even more vigour. Expressive aromas of brioche, a hint of a wine with a powerful finish that is made to last. Harvested by hand and processed with the utmost care.
