Not only the wonderfully balanced nose, from the interplay between pressure and power as well as a fine and elegant acidity, makes this wine a great experience. Roasted flavours of very ripe fruit, vanilla and light herbs caress the palate. The palate is just as playful as the nose, with an everlasting desire for the next sip. Big, with very long ageing potential, yet already a drinking pleasure par excellence! The precious grapes are harvested by hand and processed with the utmost care.
