Grape variety: 100% Garganega, 80-year-old vines, hand-picked, 150g residual sugar
Soil: Basalt
Vinification: Only in the best vintages, natural aeration in the attic to dry the grapes for approx. 6 months, fermentation for approx. 18 months in barrique + 6 months bottle ageing.
Full-bodied, rich in flavours, ripe citrus fruits, apricot jam, candied notes of orange and peach, elegant and balanced
Goes well with blue cheese and Vento biscuits
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
