Bouquet reminiscent of raspberries, wild cherries and blackcurrants, the mouthfeel is very delicate, elegant and multi-layered; fine, harmonious finish
Goes well with: game, wild fowl, suckling lamb, rabbit, roasts and hard cheese
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
