Origin: Italy, South Tyrol, Unterland, 3 sites: slopes between Pinzon/Mazon (450-550 m), slopes in Graun/Kurtatsch (800-850 m), slopes in Völser Aicha (750-980 m)

Winemaker: Tiefenbrunner Schlosskellerei Turmhof

Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Noir (Pinot Noir), dry

Soil: Loam, limestone, sand

Maturation: Mash fermentation in concrete tanks, BSA, maturation for 10 months, 80% in small and 20% in large oak barrels. maturation of the assemblage for a further 2 months in concrete tanks, bottling and 5 months bottle ageing.
