Grape variety: 100% Pinot Blanc, dry

Soil: Stony, barren dolomite rock

Ageing: Maturation for 12 months on the fine lees in barrel & stainless steel + 12 months in the bottle

Complex variety of flavours, floral, delicately fruity, nutty, balanced structure, full-bodied and elegant

Excellent with risotto and strong fish

Only around 800 magnum bottles are produced each year and labelled by hand to ensure the best shelf life.

The bottles are labelled with the initials NDT, which stand for the philosophy of the wine: "niente di troppo", meaning "nothing too much of".
