Origin: Italy, South Tyrol, Kaltern, naturally cultivated vineyard "Feld" at 650 metres above sea level

Producer: Kaltern Winery

Grape variety: 100% Petit Manseng, hand-picked, residual sweetness, 25-year-old vines

Maturation: Fermentation and maturation in tonneaux for over 12 months, bottled without stabilisation and unfiltered

"Manseng" comes from the Latin "mansus" & means "noble house", highly concentrated, rich and dense: aromas of ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, mango, cinnamon, honey and integrated wood. Complex, balanced structure with good drinking flow - the wine reveals the rest in the glass.

Extremely dense and complex! Yes - relatively high alcohol and acidity, but everything is very well balanced with some residual sweetness. A wonderful meditation wine, perfect for a glass with aromatic, spicy cheese after dinner!

Only 1,333 bottles produced!
