Origin: Italy, Sicily, Mazara del Vallo, 100 - 150 m above sea level

Grape variety: 100% Perricone, dry
Soil: Limestone, interspersed with shells and pebbles
Ageing: 20 days maceration, deliberately without wood, 6-8 months maturation in stainless steel tanks and in the bottle
Complex, fresh and intense: flavours of blackberries, liquorice, spices, subtle pepper notes, elegant tannins
