Strong composition of apple, pear, sloe and blackcurrant, combined with fresh, fragrant Douglas fir shoots:

Powerful aroma of dark forest berries on the nose, especially blackberries, lemony nuances of Douglas fir and a light marzipan note.

Intensely berry-fruity on the palate with ethereal forest notes, smoky and slightly woody with firm tannins in the long finish.

Accompanies strong dishes such as smoked bacon and chicken teriyaki and can be enjoyed in a Burgundy glass.
