Clear dominance of olive scent, freshly mown meadows and green tomatoes on the nose, fresh, soft and balanced flavour, almost invigorating on the tongue, a beautiful herbal note with a hint of green almond on the finish

Best served raw, with carpaccio and tender meat

This oil was created in honour of Felice Garibaldi who, as early as 1835, realised how useful it would be to select the trees according to their variety and to harvest the fruit separately without mixing the different qualities.
