Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes at optimum ripeness, deliberate ageing in stainless steel tanks with regular délestage
The Rènovo presents itself with a fruity elegance and emphasises the powerful characteristics of the grape: notes of dark cherry, rose, clove and coffee beans on the nose. Medium-bodied, velvety and fresh on the palate with pleasant tannins.
Fantastic with pappardelle and game ragout
*Renovo comes from Latin and means "to call to mind" and is a reminder of the origins of Nebbiolo winemaking.
