Moscato D'Asti "La Vita" DOCG

White wine

Origin: Italy, Piedmont, Asti

Winemaker: Cossetti

Grape variety: 100% Moscato Bianco

Vinification: Gentle pressing of the whole grapes (harvested in 18 kg crates), short maceration of the skins, static clarification at low temperature, subsequent filtration and storage of the must at zero degrees. During the second fermentation, the sugar is partially secondary fermented at a temperature of 15 °C.

The Moscato d'Asti "La Vita" has a bright yellow-golden colour, immediately highly aromatic on the nose with intense, varietal notes of grapes, blossom honey, elderflower and fluffy lemon cake, balanced sweet and sparkling on the palate.

Ideal with desserts in combination with hazelnuts and almonds or as a wine accompaniment to Chinese-spiced food.

Alcohol content: 5% vol.
