Soil: porous weathered soils, high gravel content on the slopes, sandy at the bottom of the valley, humusy, slightly loamy sand
Maturation: small stainless steel tanks, 5 months on the fine lees
Sweet berries harvested in late autumn, unmistakable muscat aroma, very fruity, oranges and lemons, spicy and fresh on the palate
Goes well with: Asparagus, grilled vegetables, fish and goat's cheese
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
Contents: 750ml
