Origin: Italy, Lombardy, Franciacorta, Municipality of Capriolo & Iseo

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay (Blanc de Blancs), dry (7g residual sugar)
Ageing: Metodo Classico, slow second fermentation in the bottle, at least 40 months maturation on the lees + a further 8 months maturation in the bottle
Fermented in oak barrels, less pressure in the bottle, Satèn = silk, as is the flavour, soft, round, supple, ripe fruit, elegant spice, roasted almonds, good acid structure
Top all-rounder as a food companion and with white meat
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
