Origin: Italy, Lombardy, Franciacorta, Municipality of Capriolo & Iseo

Grape variety: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Blanc, (Blanc de Blancs), sweet, (40-45g residual sugar)

Maturation: Metodo Classico, slow second fermentation in the bottle, at least 20 months maturation on the lees + a further 8 months maturation in the bottle

Soft, slightly sweet, fine perlage, elegant aromas of sweet flowers, bourbon vanilla, ripe mango, orange and peach

As a digestif with fruit tarts / soufflés

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
