matured for 5 years in American Virgin Oak casks with heavy toasting

The cask strength of 48.9% is relatively low, which is why several casks are necessary. This means there is more wood in the whiskey and the maturation is accelerated. On the nose we find subtle roasted malt notes, vanilla, cinnamon and yellow fruit, on the palate creamy, sweetish, again malt, coffee and chocolate. Long, balanced, round finish.

At the ISWC (International Wine and Spirits Competition), it achieved 95 points and thus the gold medal
